Appellate Terminations-Bankruptcy
Bureau of Justice Statistics
Presents data on the disposition of bankruptcy cases appealed to Federal circuit courts. These cases were filed in bankruptcy court, then appealed to the district court or a Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, and then to the circuit court. Not all the US circuits have exercised the option of establishing Bankruptcy Appellate Panels. Most data are from the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts.
